DAF EV Relay

Norscot Truck & Van have this week been taking part in the DAF EV Relay, which was planned as a familiarisation initiative to impart EV expertise across the Dealer Network.

The DAF LF Electric has been on a tour of UK and has visited the Norscot premises in Perth, Dundee & Aberdeen over three days this past week.

All our Staff have had the opportunity to view and drive the truck to get some hands on experience of the DAF electric vehicles. It's also allowed us to trial charging capability at the site and try out some local chargers in and around Aberdeen. 

The general feedback was really positive with lots of remarks of how quiet the truck was and the power in the batteries making for a comfortable drive. 

As part of the EV Relay, Norscot Truck & Van and their staff have also taken part in the Family Action Christmas Toy Appeal.

The LF Electric has been loaded up with a large box full of festive gifts which will hopefully bring some Christmas magic for families in need.
